Table Vendors / Program Ad Sponsors
Please help us present this unique 'young adult Catholic expo' by hosting an exhibit table or placing an 'ad' in our program booklet. Please register/pay online for your table and/or ad by May 15th, 2017 https://archgh.cvent.com/CafeCatholicaSponsorOpportunities All information is spelled out below. Table Sponsors
Sponsors are allowed to sign up for any of the nights, however they will be limited to one table per night. Each table is $50 per night. Tables give appropriate groups and businesses the opportunity to educate young adults about vocations, service opportunities, ministries, Catholic religious goods and more. Table sponsors will be listed in the program.
Tables are set up in the Gym/Family Life Center/ or Foyer depending on nightly configuration and fire safety regulations. Tables should have a person present at all times. Table coverings and personnel are the responsibility of the sponsor. Banners can be hung on stands but nothing attached to the walls. All displays are subject to approval by Café Catholica and Venue staff. You may set up between 5:15pm-6:15pm. The program is distributed every night to all participants and includes a worship guide for mass, information on speakers, list of sponsors, and more.
Underwriters
Give a legacy that will continue to impact young adults and the Church far beyond a single night’s conversation. Who knows what encounter will spark the next vocation or inspire the next great saint. Underwriters will be highlighted in the nightly program.
